<p>Stephanie Whitehead is the vice president of pathology at University Health. Beyond her professional commitments, Stephanie is a certified executive coach and mentor, dedicating her time and expertise to guiding others. She is an ardent advocate for various professional organizations, serving as the Chair for the Council of Laboratory Professionals (CLP) and on the Board of Directors for the ASCP.<br />
Stephanie actively contributes to the ASCLS Mentorship, ASCLS Emerging Laboratory Managers Collaborative Conference Steering Committee, and the ASCLS Diversity Advocacy Committees. Additionally, she serves as an editorial board member for Today's Clinical Lab. Stephanie's exceptional contributions have garnered recognition and accolades. She has been honored as a 2022 ASCP 40 under 40 and the 2022 ASCLS Voices under 40 laboratory professional. Her influential impact in the field has earned her the prestigious 2023 Lab Manager Leadership Excellence Award for Influential Impact, the 2026 Lab Director Excellence Award from Lab Manager, and she has been listed on the well-regarded 2023 Cardinal Health Laboratory Excellence List.</p>
