<p>Kiley Mulholland serves as the global laboratory manager for microbiology and chemistry at Simplot Global Food, where she leads laboratory operations across multiple international locations to ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. In addition to managing global laboratory programs, she oversees environmental monitoring initiatives across Simplot’s manufacturing facilities, driving consistency in sanitation practices and food safety systems throughout the organization.<br />
Passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering employee engagement, and advancing laboratory excellence, Kiley is committed to creating cultures of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across global operations.<br />
Kiley is an experienced laboratory leader with expertise in laboratory operations, ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation requirements and laboratory quality standards, and the planning, development, and implementation of Biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) microbiology laboratories worldwide. A strong advocate for continuous improvement, Kiley focuses on operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and implementing practical solutions that enhance laboratory performance, productivity, and service quality.<br />
Kiley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Military Science from Idaho State University. She brings more than 15 years of scientific leadership and management experience from both the State of Idaho and Simplot Global Food Company. Prior to her corporate career, she served for 10 years in the Idaho Army National Guard as a Medical Logistics Officer, where she developed the leadership skills, strategic thinking, and operational discipline that continue to guide her leadership approach today.</p>
