<p>Shrei Crenshaw has spent more than 20 years in anatomic pathology laboratories, working from the bench to director-level operations across more than 20 labs in 11 states. She has led approximately 150 staff, run operations processing up to 2,000 cases per day, and executed a 25,000 square foot laboratory conversion in nine months without a single day of lost production. She is the founder and principal consultant of The Crenshaw Method LLC, a boutique laboratory operations consultancy, and a contributing writer for Lab Manager.</p>
