Megan K. Bryant, MSM, is a senior material science lab manager at Aptar Active Material Science, with more than a decade of experience in research and development. In her role, she oversees multidisciplinary laboratory operations, supports material science testing and technical initiatives, and leads efforts focused on operational excellence, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Megan is also passionate about developing the next generation of STEM professionals and has played an active role in internship development, employee engagement, and leadership initiatives.
